These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and all services provided by Fusion Frequency LLC d/b/a Human Powered Audit (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
We provide human‑verified evaluation and customer experience services, including:
- CX QuickScan Audit (Virtual)
- Readiness Assessment (Virtual)
- Deep Digital CX Audit (Virtual)
- Customer Experience Audit (In‑Person; limited service area)
- Multi‑Year Audit Partnerships (Virtual)
- Subscription‑Based Membership Programs
- Reputation Monitoring
- CX Snapshot
- Readiness Review
- Reputation & CX Support
- Reputation, CX Support & In‑Person Reviews
All evaluations are based on real‑world interactions, observations, and user‑experience testing.
We do not provide legal, financial, regulatory, or compliance certification services.
2. Service Areas
Virtual services are available nationwide.
In‑person services are limited to:
Northern Virginia • Frederick County, MD • Charles Town & Harpers Ferry, WV
We may decline in‑person service requests outside this area.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information needed to complete the audit
- Ensure safe and lawful access to their location (for in‑person audits)
- Respond to communication in a timely manner
- Reimburse product costs when required for review
- Use our reports in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
4. Product Purchases for Review
If a product must be purchased to complete an audit:
- You agree to reimburse the full purchase price
- Reimbursement is due within 10 business days
- Products may or may not be returned depending on the nature of the review
- We will notify you before purchasing any product
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Commercial Clients
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking or contract signing
- Work does not begin until the deposit is received
- Remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final report
- One‑time audits are not eligible for discounts or coupon codes
5.2 Government Clients
Government agencies, municipalities, and publicly funded organizations require:
- A signed government contract, purchase order, or written agreement before work begins
- No deposit unless specified in the government agreement
- Invoicing according to government payment terms (e.g., Net‑30, Net‑45)
Government contract terms supersede conflicting commercial terms.
6. Multi‑Year Audit Partnerships
6.1 1‑Year Partnership
- Two (2) full virtual audits performed every six (6) months
- Priority scheduling and ongoing support
- Requires a signed 1‑Year Agreement
- Commercial clients pay a 50% deposit at signing
6.2 2‑Year Partnership
- Four (4) full virtual audits over twenty‑four (24) months
- Priority scheduling and long‑term performance tracking
- Requires a signed 2‑Year Agreement
- Commercial clients pay a 50% deposit at signing
6.3 One‑Time Audits
- A single evaluation
- No ongoing support or multiple audits
- Not eligible for discounts or coupon codes
6.4 Government Clients
- May use the 1‑year or 2‑year structure
- Must contract through a Government SOW/Contract
- Do not pay deposits
- Not eligible for coupon codes
7. Coupon Code Policy
Coupon codes apply only to approved Multi‑Year Audit Partnerships.
- Must be provided at the time of contract signing
- Apply only to the final balance, not the deposit
- Cannot be applied retroactively
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- We may modify or discontinue coupon codes at any time
8. Delivery of Reports
- Reports are delivered electronically
- Delivery timelines vary based on audit scope
- Reports reflect evaluator observations and professional judgment
- Reports do not guarantee outcomes
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, audit results, and internal processes as confidential.
We may disclose information only:
- When required to deliver the service
- When required by law
- With your written permission
Clients agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary materials we provide.
10. Limitations of Service
We do not guarantee:
- Increased sales
- Regulatory compliance
- Legal outcomes
- Staff performance changes
- Website or product success
Our role is to provide insight and recommendations; implementation is the client’s responsibility.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
- We are not responsible for actions taken based on our reports
12. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Virtual audits may be rescheduled with reasonable notice
- In‑person audits require 72 hours’ notice
- Cancellations after work has begun are non‑refundable
- We may reschedule due to evaluator availability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances
13. Refund Policy
All service fees are non‑refundable once work has begun, including:
- Evaluator preparation
- Communication and coordination
- Travel (for in‑person audits)
- Partial completion of any audit
Refunds are not provided for:
- Dissatisfaction with findings
- Changes in business needs
- Failure to provide required information
- Client‑caused delays
- Cancellations after work has started
If you cancel before work begins, you may request a refund minus payment‑processor fees.
14. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse our website
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Copy or distribute our content without permission
We may update the website at any time.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
