Role Overview

This high-autonomy role serves as the primary internal data filter, technical bridge, and quality control engine between HPA’s decentralized field-testing cells and the Executive Desk. You will oversee decentralized groups of QA specialists, verify multi-layered testing streams, run technical screenshare walkthroughs with prime partners, and compile raw interface metrics into pristine, client-ready executive deliverables. Key Responsibilities

• Technical Bench Oversight: Provide direct technical management, task allocation, and production scheduling for HPA’s decentralized QA specialists to ensure seamless milestone tracking.
• Replication Verification: Review incoming technical logs across the Cross-Viewport Friction Matrix. Manually reproduce logged interface errors, visual layout anomalies, and chatbot context drops across local test devices to ensure 100% diagnostic precision before final report compilation.
• Document Control & Editorial Assembly: Extract verified data sets from the Evidence logs. Edit, format, and synthesize technical metrics into HPA's proprietary Executive Risk Assessment template, converting raw developer data and diagnostic logs into polished, director-ready business insights.
• Client-Facing Presentation: Partner directly with the CEO on recurring performance reviews. Lead the technical walkthrough of the final Executive Diagnostic Blueprint, translating complex software bottlenecks into clear, actionable risks for external program stakeholders and prime contract directors.
• Compliance Governance: Enforce absolute data security boundaries across the testing lifecycle, ensuring all field activities strictly adhere to HPA’s Zero Data Footprint security protocols and Section 508 web accessibility standards.

Critical Skills & Qualifications

• Management Experience: 3+ years of experience managing software quality assurance teams, senior IT consulting benches, or complex federal contract deliverables.

This role operates entirely from the outside in as a 100% Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) diagnostic asset. You will manually stress-test digital viewports, cross-viewport application pathways, transactional web frontends, and public-facing generative AI endpoints to isolate severe transaction bottlenecks, data validation leaks, and visual conversion bugs before platform rollouts. There are zero guaranteed or mandatory minimum weekly hours; tasks are distributed asynchronously as contract task-order allocations initialize.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Viewport Structural Auditing: Manually execute row-by-row interface validation across mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports, identifying visual alignment shifts, layout clipping, and cross-platform formatting irregularities.
