The 2‑Year Program includes four full audits over 24 months, performed every six months. It includes written reports after each audit, priority scheduling, long‑term performance tracking, and ongoing support.


A one‑time audit is a single evaluation with no ongoing support. Multi‑year programs include multiple audits, continuous improvement support, and priority scheduling. A one‑time audit does not qualify as a 1‑year or 2‑year program.


Yes. All CX audit types — virtual or in‑person — can be included in a multi‑year program.


Every six months. This schedule provides consistent oversight while giving organizations time to implement improvements.


Multi‑year programs may be eligible for approved 15% coupon codes. One‑time audits are not eligible for discounts.


Yes. Program members may add additional audits at a reduced rate.


Yes. Government clients may use the 1‑year or 2‑year structure, but all work must be contracted through the Government SOW/Contract and follows agency procurement rules.


No. Government clients do not pay deposits. Commercial clients pay a 50% deposit for one‑time audits and multi‑year programs.


No. A one‑time audit cannot be converted into a 1‑year or 2‑year program. A new agreement must be executed to begin a multi‑year program.


All CX audits include a written report with findings, recommendations, and improvement opportunities. Multi‑year programs also include trend analysis and long‑term performance tracking.
